We were recently awarded one of the top overall ratings for long distance franchised operators in the latest National Rail Passenger Survey (NRPS), scoring 91% for our west coast route and 92% for our east coast route.

We use the results of the NRPS and other surveys to inform the improvements we make to our services, including ticket buying facilities and station environment enhancements.
